The Verti-Crete Difference
The proprietary design of Verti-Crete's patent-pending concrete mold and form system dramatically improves the quality, beauty, and functionality of concrete walls compared to those traditionally cast. Verti-Crete precast concrete wall systems actually reduce production and installation costs. Our precast mold and form systems utilize concrete to produce beautiful, seamless, double-sided, commercial-grade walls and posts that have an authentic look and feel of real stone.
Our Proprietary Concrete Mold and Form System
Verti-Crete's heritage in the precast, concrete, and aggregate business reaches back decades. The founders of Verti-Crete first produced a mold for precast window wells, quickly expanding into wall panels. They soon discovered that the only way to replicate the same molded finish on both sides of a concrete wall would be to stand the form up and pour it vertically. To compliment their new wall panel system, Verti-Crete developed a similar Post Stacker system producing concrete columns that look and feel like real stone masonry on all sides. The resulting process became Verti-Crete's Panel and Post Stacker System, which has been in use since 1999.
Verti-Crete's Success Story
In 2002, Verti-Crete, LLC was formed to manufacture and license the use of this remarkable new mold and form system. Verti-Crete's unique system is more efficient, stable, and easier to install than traditional precast methods. Our many licensees and contractor partners appreciate the expertise of our staff who have years of industry experience. Since 2003, Verti-Crete has been welcoming our precast concrete licensees throughout the United States and internationally. Today with one patent secured and several other patents pending, Verti-Crete licenses the use of the its proprietary mold and form systems to precasters across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Africa.
